Package Instructions

• You can register and avail the package from 9.00 am to 10.00 am, Monday through Saturday.
• Overnight fasting is required.
• You need to arrive at the hospital 15 minutes before the scheduled time for subscribing your package and registration. Any delay in arrival may delay your appointments and cause inconvenience.
• Payment of the package is requested in advance upon registration.
• Please book your follow up visit after completing all the tests, in order to review them with your physician.
• S.PSA for prostate cancer screening is advised for men aged above 45 years. The charges will be additional.
• PAP Smear is advised for women aged above 40 years. The charges will be additional.
• The comprehensive physical examination that is done may reveal indications for further tests or visits, which are not covered under your package. In this case, the extra tests requested will be charged separately.
